This notice covers agentarchy.ai: what happens to the details you send us through the waitlist and contact forms. It is provided by Agentarchy Labs Pvt. Ltd., Pune, Maharashtra, India (“Agentarchy”, “we”). Our products have their own privacy policies.

What we collect

Waitlist: your email address, when you signed up, which form you used, and whether our confirmation email has gone out.

Contact form: whether you asked for early access or made an investor inquiry, your name, email address, organisation if you give it, your message, when it arrived, and whether it reached our team.

With either form we store a keyed one-way hash of your IP address, used only to spot abuse. The address itself is used briefly in memory to limit how often one connection can send, and is not stored. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use it

Waitlist: to send you one confirmation, and then news about Agentarchy or an invitation when there is room. Contact form: only to answer you. We send you nothing automatically, and a message does not put you on any list.

We do not sell your details, use them for advertising, or share them with anyone except the services below that help us run the forms.

Who processes it

Your details are stored in our own database, hosted by Neon on Amazon Web Services in Oregon, USA, and handled by our servers on Fly.io in San Jose, California, USA. Emails are sent through our Google Workspace account: your confirmation, and a note to our team for each signup and each message, which keeps a copy in our team mailbox. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard request logs. These providers encrypt what they store; this is not end-to-end encryption.

How long we keep it

There is no automatic deletion yet. Waitlist entries and messages stay until you ask us to remove them or we delete them. A deleted entry can remain in our database provider’s short recovery history before it ages out, and the email copy in our team mailbox follows our Google Workspace retention.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to be taken off the list, at any time by writing to privacy@agentarchy.ai or replying to any email from us. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live — in India the Data Protection Board of India, in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office, and in the EU your national authority.
